There is literally a universe dancing inside you that is keeping you alive. Your body is truly amazing in what it does every single second of the day, without you having to think or do anything.
The more I learn about brain chemistry and how the brain affects the body, and how the body affects the brain. The more I realize, that the more we get out of the way of the body for healing, the more natural healing happens. This little gem of an insight I believe is one of the biggest insights, in accessing your innate wellbeing.
